As any other place in Spain, Nerja is also a combination of tradition style and modernism.  Very well, it is located in the Andalucia.  It has been only years after this place were considered as a tourist center.  Now, the authorities are trying hard to keep away skyscrapers and the nightlife styles to standardize the old culture.  Travel to this town is not that difficult as it takes only 50 kilometers drive to this place from the airport.  Resorts of all type are building to satisfy all categories of customers.  Seven golden beaches endow the beauty of Nerja.  Moreover, the small town is at the foot of the Sierra de Tejada mountain range.  Transportation is not necessary to reach the beaches because it is too near to the town. 

Summers are enjoyed the most due to the pleasant sunny climate.  At that time, it feels as if an international party is going on the beaches.  People from all over the world come here to enjoy the summers of Nerja.  Foreigners usually possess homes in Nerja and thus it becomes more easy for them to come here for vacation.  The land prices are cheaper than the neighborhood areas.  This does not mean it has turned to a city, instead the villagers try hard to preserve their town as it was still welcoming newer inventions to the country that does not cause harm.  The streets consist of mini restaurants and shops endowed with small cobbled roads, which adds beauty to the town.
Houses are painted in white and the balconies bristled with colored bougainvilleas and geraniums.  Villagers use the traditional form of cultivating and plowing vegetables and fruits.  They do not save their crops with pesticides rather they use natural methods of ecosystem.  Balcon de Europa is the best scene in Nerja.  The site is on the cliff top of Moorish palace.  Bars and restaurants are also available there for a relaxing mood.  Next comes, the Nerja caves, which is quite near to the town.  Now, this cave has been transformed to a theatre.  The cave is adorned with old paintings and a long stalactite.


Handful of entertainments is held in almost all the bars and cafes.  Old Spanish dishes are the most wanted in these hotels.  Moreover, the beaches are kept clean.  There are open restaurants, sun beds and so many water expeditions that can be explored.  The town at times turns out to be a platform for arts and music of colors during the fiestas.
